Behind every case
is a person.
I have run my law practice in Warsaw for over 10 years. I help clients with criminal, family and civil matters, as well as compensation claims.
I represent and support clients at every stage of proceedings. Criminal cases and contested divorces are a particular focus of my practice, including disputes over parental authority, contact with children and the division of marital property. I also handle road accident and road traffic law cases.
I tailor my assistance to each individual situation. The terms of engagement and fees are agreed with each client at our first meeting.
Advocate since 2016. Experience in criminal, civil, family and compensation cases, including in cooperation with advocates and law firms throughout Poland.
I act for English-speaking clients. Internships at the British Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Polish Embassy in London.

Defence at the investigation stage and in court: detention, pre-trial custody, questioning, indictments. Complaints against detention, objections to penal orders, petty offence and fine cases.

and guardianship
Divorce, maintenance, parental authority, contact with children, the child’s place of residence and the division of marital property. Juvenile cases: punishable acts and demoralisation under Polish juvenile law.
Civil law
and inheritance
Inheritance matters, including reserved share (zachowek) claims, gifts, payment claims and other civil disputes. Court representation and support with debt recovery.
Road traffic law
and compensation
Criminal liability for road accidents. Claims for compensation, damages for non-pecuniary loss and property damage arising from road accidents.
